Welcome to Sewstainable, owned and operated by Charlotte Vestli and Marina Zviagina, located at Rieterstrasse 112, 8002 Zurich, Switzerland. These Terms outline the rules and regulations for using our website and services.

Our website offers (i) a web shop featuring a variety of products made in collaboration with our partners, such as Freeset, or produced in the Social Fabric atelier, and (ii) opportunities to become a member of our sewing atelier or support our cause through donations or volunteering. By accessing or using our website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these terms.

To use our website or receive our services, you must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and have the legal authority, right, and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement.

When purchasing an item or service from our web shop, you agree to: (i) thoroughly read the entire item/course/workshop listing before committing to purchase; and (ii) enter into a legally binding contract to purchase the item or service and complete the checkout process.

The prices for our services and products are listed on the website or provided upon inquiry. We reserve the right to change our prices for displayed products at any time and to rectify pricing errors that may occur unintentionally.
Webshop

We typically ship our products within 14 days of purchase, unless otherwise specified. For undamaged products, you can return them with their accessories and packaging within 15 days of receipt for an exchange or refund, based on the original payment method. For personalized items, repairs, or courses, please refer to our specific policies.
If a valid warranty claim is made for a product purchased from our web shop, we will either repair the defect (with a 1-year or 5-year guarantee, as specified in the product description) or replace the product if damage occurs upon initial receipt. If we cannot repair or replace the product within a reasonable timeframe, you will be entitled to a full or partial refund upon returning the product to us. We cover shipment costs for repaired or replaced products to you, while you are responsible for return shipment costs to us.
